"Clean and great communication with host. Only thing I wish we had known prior was the downstairs condo was not as updated/nice as the upstairs one and although the patio furniture is super nice- they all have cushions so with all the rain there wasn’t much patio furniture to utilize on the deck(which over looks the ocean-that was awesome) a few small polywood type table/chairs on the upper deck would have been so nice for evening games, etc. overall, a GREAT location and hosts were very kind and responsive. Both units were clean and had many “extras” (like coolers, beach blanket, chairs, life jackets, bikes etc.). Pool area was also very nice and clean. Our family had a wonderful time staying here!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! This quaint little cottage was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was well-stocked, thoughtfully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home.One of our favorite touches was that the owners provided so many extras, including beach chairs, floats, bicycles, and coolers. It made beach days incredibly easy and saved us from having to rent or pack those items.The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to all the wonderful shops and restaurants on the north end of Anna Maria Island.The only downside was the water pressure, which was a bit low, but it certainly wasn't enough to take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.If you're looking for a cozy, peaceful place to stay with a perfect island location, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Anna Maria Island!"

"We have just had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront home on Anna Maria Island. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d picked somewhere special.The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Waking up each morning to our own private beach and stunning sea views was unforgettable.During our stay we were lucky enough to see dolphins almost every day, along with manatees, pelicans, crabs and even sea turtle nests right on the beach. Hiring a golf buggy and exploring the island like the locals was a real highlight, and the location made it easy to reach fantastic restaurants, shops and some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.The home itself was comfortable , peaceful and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, making the whole experience effortless from start to finish.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality beachfront escape on Anna Maria Island. It has been one of the highlights of our Florida holiday, and we can’t wait to return!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again. The great parts were location and comfort, but communication was also fantastic. I have stayed places were we don't here a word until an hour before check in and it can be so disconcerting to travel to a distant destination HOPING things are going to go okay at check in. Katy reached out a week before with a very thorough and thought out welcome email and checked on us the day after we checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. This is a great option if you are headed to AMI."
